A comprehensive information pack on the area, events and local amenities is provided; together with another containing instruction booklets for all of the household appliances.   A cot can be made available on request.

Cleaning of the property at the end of your stay is included in the price of the rental.  However, if required, an additional clean during your stay could be arranged but at an additional cost.

The property could also be available outside of peak seasons for people looking for a longer term let if they are looking around the area to purchase a house or possibly looking for somewhere to stay whilst their own house is being renovated.
